A collaboration with our friends at Wildrye Distilling, this gose was brewed with Indian coriander and Himalayan pink salt. It was aged in wine barrels for 5 months and finally steeped with Wildrye’s house blend of gin botanicals and a touch of red cinchona bark. The resulting beer is a subtle and complex blend of spices and tartness. The best of the beer and cocktail worlds in one unique and flavorful experience.
