A collaboration with our friends at Wildrye Distilling, this gose was brewed with Indian coriander and Himalayan pink salt. It was aged in wine barrels for an average of 26 months, and finally steeped with Wildrye’s house blend of gin botanicals and a touch of red cinchona bark. The resulting beer is a subtle and complex blend of spices and tartness. The best of the beer and cocktail worlds in one unique and flavorful experience.
