Style: Sour Ale

This low alcohol wheat beer underwent acidification with lactobacillus bacteria and then traditionally fermented with brewers yeast. The end result is an effervescent, refreshing beer appropriate for anytime of year. Cutting the tart acidic character with raspberry or woodruff syrup in the German tradition creates another layer of enjoyment. Prost!
