Rich malts, fruity raspberry, Brettanomyces, and a sharp acidity all come together in this especially long aged version of our Flanders style red ale. This blend of barrels was aged in the Bozeman Underground for an average 67 months in French and American oak. We left this version unfruited to showcase the natural fruit notes that developed along side the sharp acidity found in a traditional Flanders style red ale.
