The Funky Virtue has been a staple of our barrel program since its inception. The base is our 3rd Virtue Belgian Tripel, which was aged in oak barrels with Brettanomyces for over two years. Once ready, a healthy dose of tart cherries and raspberries were added and allowed to ferment dry. This complex beer is full of spicy, earthy Brett character and bright cherry pie notes.
