The Funky Peachadelic is our barrel aged Brett Tripel with peaches and apricot. The beer starts as our 3rd Virtue Belgian Tripel, then was aged in oak barrels with Brettanomyces for over three years. Once ready a healthy dose of peaches and a touch of apricot were added and allowed to ferment dry. This beer is the perfect combination of Brett character, oak, and vibrant fruit.
