This collaboration with our friends at Outlaw Brewing is a blend of freshly brewed Little Leuven Hoppy Saison, featuring Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe hops, and a nearly three-year-old Brett saison aged in French and American oak barrels in the Bozeman Underground. The resulting beer is a well-rounded expression of bright hop character, subtle bitterness, and Brett-derived flavors of orange, vanilla, and earthy funk.
