Andsoit Gose w/Ginger & Peach

Style: Sour Ale
This quick sour was brewed in the Gose tradition with Indian Coriander, Himalayan Pink Salt and a small amount of Hallertau hops. A large dose of peach and fresh peeled ginger was added at the end of fermentation to provide sweetness lend a spicy punch. The end result is an effervescent, refreshing beer for anytime of year.
