A quick sour brewed in the Gose tradition with a Scandinavian twist! This version gets a dose of fresh juniper berries, Himalayan pink salt and a small amount of Hallertau hops. A large dose of black currants was added at the end of fermentation to lend a deep purple hue and pleasant earthiness that partners well with the subtle piney spice of juniper.
