A quick sour brewed in the Gose tradition with Indian Coriander and Himalayan Pink Salt. A large dose of Apricot was added at the end of fermentation to lend a well-rounded fruit flavor and a beautiful orange hue. The end result is an effervescent, refreshing beer for any time of year.
