A quick sour brewed in the Gose tradition with Indian coriander and Himalayan pink salt. We went all out with additions of blueberry, blackberry, and strawberry that lend a slightly sweet but complex fruit flavor, along with a beautiful purple haze. The result is a tart, effervescent, refreshing beer.
