Style: Sour Ale
This quick sour was brewed in the Gose tradition with Indian Coriander, Himalayan Pink Salt and a small amount of Tettnang hops. A large dose of Red Currant was added at the end of fermentation to lend a tart, slightly sweet, yet well-rounded fruit flavor. The end result is an effervescent, refreshing beer for anytime of year.
