Andsoit Gose Black is a low alcohol wheat beer that underwent acidification with lactobacillus bacteria and then traditionally fermented with brewers yeast. The addition of cold steeped, black malt provides its requisite color and a hint of chocolaty, roasted malt character; while toasted coriander adds a nice touch of spice and applewood smoked salt brightens the flavors and finish. The end result is an effervescent, refreshing beer great for any time of year. Prost!
