Full-time team member that is interested and/or experienced in all aspects of professional brewing.
The ideal applicant should have at least 2 years alcohol producing experience with a passion for quality beer and the brewing industry.
Also need to have good communication, organizational and record keeping skills; being detail oriented with ability to prioritize and multi-task is a major plus.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and stand on your feet for extended periods.
Duties (not limited to):
Filter w/Velo 4 sq. meter DE
Clean/sanitize 20, 40, 60 bbl tanks
Monitor CO2 and Dissolved Oxygen throughout processes
Keg filling and keg washing on IDD MiniKing
Operate Cask canning line w/Ska depal and PakTech applicator
Assist w/sour production and bottling of sour/barrel aged beers
100% health ins. + vision, simple IRA, paid vacation, paid holidays, wages DOE
