This barrel-aged Saison spent 16 months in French and American oak barrels in the Bozeman Underground. A slow secondary fermentation with multiple Brettanomyces yeast strains developed its perfect character. Oaky, earthy, fruity, and spicy notes, along with a dry finish, create a complex and refreshing experience.
