This Gueuze inspired ale was fermented and aged in French and American Oak barrels in the depths of the Bozeman Underground. This blend is the long overdue return of our Gueuze inspired beer. Several of our favorite barrels were tasting so good we just had to revisit the classic practice of blending several different vintages into the perfect gueuze inspired sour.  We blended 4, 3, and 2 year old beers and the result is a truly unique blend of tartness, classic gueuze funk, oak character reminiscent of walking through an old building and notes of fruity apricot, white grape, and green apple.
