Säuerlich Berliner Weisse

This low alcohol wheat beer underwent a secondary fermentation with lactobacillus bacteria and light hopping of Tettnang for complexity. The end result is an effervescent, refreshing, beer appropriate for anytime of year. Cutting the tart acidic character with raspberry or woodruff syrup creates a truly enjoyable experience. Prost!

Pair:Lighter food: Chicken, salads, salmon or bratwurst. Cheese: Monterey Jack, brick or similar light, nutty cheese. Dessert: Light apricot or mandarin cake, lemon custard tart.
