Säuerlich Berliner Weisse

This low alcohol wheat beer underwent a secondary fermentation with lactobacillus bacteria. The end result is an effervescent, refreshing, beer appropriate for anytime of year. Cutting the tart acidic character with raspberry or woodruff syrup creates a truly enjoyable experience. Prost!

Pair:Lighter food: Chicken, salads, salmon or bratwurst. Cheese: Monterey Jack, brick or similar light, nutty cheese. Dessert: Light apricot or mandarin cake, lemon custard tart.
